Two students share one furnished bedroom with their own bed, desk, and storage, while sharing common areas like the kitchen and bathroom with housemates. Layouts can vary (Murphy bed, twin beds, etc.). Roommate matching is possible. 
En-suite bathroom options are available depending on location.

Sectioned bedrooms feature a single twin or murphy bed for one student in a partitioned lockable room separate from the living room. Sectioned partition walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling. Flex rooms feature lockable sliding doors separating the space from the common area and currently only available at GEC Kingsway.
